To supply CountertopArt with full and proper contact information including banking information prior to goods being available for sale at the store,
To consign, by way of rent or commission, my original handmade goods to be sold online and in store via CountertopArt,
Certify that the products provided are made by me and I have the legal right to sell these items publicly,
I, the vendor, will account for and submit all taxes applicable to the goods sold in the store or online through CountertopArt,
All approved products will be supplied in good condition, with appropriate tags and scanning codes, and will be supplied in such a way that inventory levels can be properly maintained on the retail floor.
And all contracts, forms, and required details will be submitted prior to goods being available for sale at the store or online.
